Tascam 388
In 1985 when you and your buddies wanted to record but couldn’t afford a pro studio, you’d use one of these bad boys. Well it’s the 2020s and we know we went down a wrong path somewhere along the way. We can’t go back in time but we can record on a Tascam 388.
My Dad’s Martin Acoustic
When I was 15 I was obsessed with Guitar Hero and this acoustic was sitting in our living room. I was too afraid to ask my dad to teach me how to play so I would strum on it when no one was home. My mom finally convinced me to ask my dad how to play it. Me and my dad don’t always get along but this guitar sounds great.
1970s Rogers Kit
I found a cool older dude who sold drums on Facebook. I went to his house to buy a Ludwig Vistalite but these were sitting next to them. One of the more forgotten brand of vintage drums but not for good reason. They don’t make em like this anymore. “Round”. Old people love Facebook don’t they?
